Incline Village At Lake Tahoe
Incline Village sits on the north side of Lake Tahoe. The area is more rural and more relaxed than South Lake Tahoe, but it is never far away from all the action. Up until the 1950's, Incline Village remained isolated wilderness with few year round residents.
Then in the 1960's major development began; condominium and home construction, and later a ski area, beaches, and two golf courses. Today Incline Village is home to Diamond Peak Ski Resort, the par 58 Mountain Course and par 72 Championship Course, thousands of private condominiums and homes, classic restaurants and shops, and elegant lodging.
A number of great lodging options are available at Incline Village. Perched on the beach of Lake Tahoe, Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino in Incline Village offers all sorts of packages with ski resorts and the spa, and golfing. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the center of town, Gabrielli House B&B sits smack between both golf courses and offers access to private beach and full gourmet breakfast in the morning.
If you'd like more privacy, a number of realty companies rent lake, country, or ski resort homes, condominiums, and cabins- a great way to get away and relax in the comfort of your own home.
Restaurants cater to all types in Incline Village; from classic French escargot at Le Bistro to traditional Mexican cuisine at Hacienda de la Sierra.
Incline Village sits in between Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park and Mt. Rose Wilderness, so although the town provides you with all you need, you're never far away from the natural beauty that Lake Tahoe has to offer.
